The Nunet team finished off a great year with a celebratory Christmas lunch; a jaunt across the road to the Three Legged Cross pub.
2019 has been a year of steady growth for the bespoke manufacturer in all aspects. In September, the company employed it’s first apprentice, Owen. Owen is studying at Bournemouth & Poole College and has already become a familiar face and voice for nunet customers.
Nunet has invested in new machinery and floor space, having bought paper over board and high frequency welding machinery to help with ever growing demand. A new production space by way of mezzanine flooring has recently been completed – nunet partnering with neighbours RM Fabrications.
All of the above has been set against the very welcome backdrop of nunet joining the Dorset Chamber; embracing the local events and being both supplier and customer to the fellow members.
Managing Director, Morgan Leadbitter is looking forward to 2020, saying;
” We’ve taken another couple of steps forward in 2019 and plan to keep that going in 2020. I’m delighted that we’ve added to the team, added to production and operation, and that our collective efforts are translating into and onto the order book. There’s a good business community locally – and I can see our company getting further embedded into it as next year unfolds.”
